All Orders placed on are website are subject to availability.
If for any reason your chosen product is out of stock we will contact you via email within 24 hours to offer an alternative. We reserve the right to change, cancel or amend any product details or prices on our website without notification.

Please note are products are only available to buy online and not in store.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
 
Our Aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs of receipt of Payment. If there is any issue regarding your order we will contact you within 24 hrs.

Please make sure when placing an order you accurately input your correct email and telephone number.
 
We offer one delivery method which is STANDARD DELIVERY @ £3.95 you will receive your goods within 3 working days. This does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.
 
RETURN POLICY
 
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on SWIMWEAR, HOISERY, LINGERIE, AND NOVELTY GOODS.
 
If for any reason your goods are Faulty Please contact us by email within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. naughtysurprise@hotmail.com 

Please contact us by email should you wish to return any Costumes or Boots, we can only arrange a return should you contact us within 7 days from when your goods are delivered.
