All products brought from us are for ADULT NOVELTY use, apart from condoms, Clothing and Shoes. Naughty Surprise will not be held responsible for any injury caused or by improper use of any products brought from us.
All Orders placed on are website are subject to availability.
If for any reason your chosen product is out of stock we will contact you via email within 24 hours to offer an alternative. We reserve the right to change, cancel or amend any product details or prices on our website without notification.
Please note are products are only available to buy online and not in store.
We try to make all the information as accurate as possible on our site however we have the right to refuse any order should any product information be incomplete or incorrect. Our website is updated regularly offering you the latest products.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our Aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs of receipt of Payment. If there is any issue regarding your order we will contact you within 24 hrs.
Please make sure when placing an order you accurately input your correct email and telephone number.
We offer one delivery method which is STANDARD DELIVERY @ £5.00 you will receive your goods within 3 working days. This does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.
RETURN POLICY
Should you have a change of mind you have a period of 14 days in which to return the item back to us for a full refund providing the item is returned within the orginal packaging and has not been used and in a re-sellable condition.
If for any reason your goods are Faulty Please contact us by email within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. naughtysurprise@hotmail.com
Please contact us by email should you wish to return any Costumes or Boots, we can only arrange a return should you contact us within 7 days from when your goods are delivered.
We do not share any personal data with any third parties.
